Hi Anthony, You probably do not recall who I am but we met when you did Kings Plaza in Perth Amboy back in 2007. I was working with Eddie Trujillo at the time. I currently have a client in Newark. Needs to rehab 270 unit affordable housing garden style complex built in the late 1960's. It consists of multiple 3 story buildings. The current budget is around $10,000,000. If interested, I can email you initial scope of what needs to get done. Would you be interested in this housing rehab project given the small dollar size compared to what you are accustomed to?
