Comments: Hi Anthony, You probably do not recall who I am but we met when you did Kings Plaza in Perth Amboy back in 2007. I was working with Eddie Trujillo at the time. I currently have a client in Newark. Needs to rehab 270 unit affordable housing garden style complex built in the late 1960's. It consists of multiple 3 story buildings.
