To Whom It May Concern, My name is Josh Brooks and I am hoping to connect with you regarding possible career opportunities at AJD Construction. I am currently a Senior Project Manager for Triton Construction. I have nearly 15 years of NYC project management experience with Triton on ground-up projects ranging from six story retail/commercial to ultra-luxury condominiums, to 30-story rental buildings, all with their own complexities and unique demands. I have successfully developed and managed both large and lean teams as well as forged relationships with external clients, subcontractors, design consultants, etc.. I am a collaborative leader and a confident decision-maker, adept at analyzing problems and extracting the relevant details, developing quick and innovative solutions. I have recently been admiring AJD Construction's portfolio, particularly in the Jersey City area.
