I am Parth Khokhariya, a graduate student at the New Jersey Institute of Technology majoring in Construction Management. I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my keen interest in securing an Co-Op opportunity in the field of construction at AJD CONSTRUCTION. I have a strong passion for the construction industry and a genuine desire to gain practical experience in a professional setting.

I am currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management at New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT)  and have completed Project Planning & Control(CE611),Construction Mgt(CE610), Construction Cost Estimation(CE616), Management Science(EM602) and Underground Construction(CE614). Through my academic pursuits, I have gained valuable knowledge in Construction types and method, structural engineering, Transportation engineering, Environmental engineering. I have developed a solid foundation in construction principles and techniques, and I am eager to apply my knowledge in a real-world setting.

I am particularly interested in interning with AJD CONSTRUCTION due to its reputation for excellence in construction projects, commitment to innovation, and emphasis on sustainable practices. Your company's diverse portfolio of projects aligns perfectly with my career aspirations, and I believe that interning with your team will provide me with invaluable insights and practical skills.

During my academic journey, I have gained hands-on experience through coursework and practical exercises, including working on simulated construction projects. These experiences have equipped me with skills such as project scheduling, cost estimation, risk management, and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. Additionally, my proficiency in construction software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6 will enable me to contribute effectively to your organization.
