Comments: I’ve been in business as a Framing Contractor for about 20 years, recently I started a new adventure aka L Sanz Contractors with my daughter Thaciana Lopes, we are building this business and growing our team with knowledgeable and experienced professionals who give their best to L Sanz Contractors and its clients. Every new client relationship is approached with the same personal attention, our goal is to make L Sanz Contractors a strong and effective Framing Contractor in the region. We have been involved in multiple projects as a Subcontractor and GC as well. We have been involved in some projects (Russo Development (Vermella Newark, Vermella Union, Vermella Garwood Station) and other projects like O.A Paterson, Sharp Management, V.Gupta . We have a relationship on site with the PM’s and are very responsible on schedules, performance and safety as well. As framing contractors, our scope of work typically includes everything from the construction of floors, walls, roofs, sheathing, soffits and fascias, door and window installation, stairs and metal framing/drywall. We can also customize our scope to respond to any other needs of our clients. At this time, we are looking for an opportunity to be able to bid for future projects, we are competitive with our prices and the most important aspect is having manpower to face any size project.
