uildGreen SIPS’ ResCom (MGO) wall, roof, floor and foundation panels are an excellent alternative to sky high lumber prices, are environmentally friendly , energy conserving, stronger than conventional construction, fire-proof, go up faster, and are less expensive than building material of comparable high performance. Hi Professional Builder, We manufacture a building product that combines a Ceramic ResCom (Magnesium Oxide) Board sheathing laminated to an Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) Insulating Core to form a very strong structural insulated (SIPS) panel system with a fire-proof, insect-proof, highly water and mold resistant skin. (see attached) for new and expanding structures. The panel is usually likened to the web and flange of a steel beam. It goes up quickly and eliminates the time, labor and material costs associated with insulating and drywall hanging and with a primer or elastomeric paint, or stucco-like, application on the exterior panel skin can function as the structures siding. We also have a Renovation friendly Insulated Panel for existing buildings (see attached) similar to a SIP because it attaches a sheet of OSB or MGO on only one face of the foam core. For those who just want wallboard or sheathing only we offer the Fire-proof, highly water and mold resistant MGO Wall, Floor and Ceiling Board ( (superior alternative to Gypsum board, OSB, Plywood and fiber cement) for use with conventional and modular framing. We can also provide (5% interest, 100% loan to value, no prepayment penalty) project financing to those builders who use our ResCom products. If you would like additional information or a free quote for any of these products, please let us know. Stay Safe during the pandemic and be well Thank you.
