Hello, I wanted to advise you of a disturbing incident that happened earlier today at the new building adjacent to Vantage at 33 Park View Ave in Jersey City. At around 3:30pm my fiancé was working out in our apartment and we both saw a male construction worker from your company, who was on the 23rd floor of the adjacent building (the same floor as me) facing west towards our current building, and he was masturbating. You can imagine the repulsed reaction we felt and how completely disturbing it was, not to mention how violating it felt, particularly for her. I wanted to raise this so that it can be addressed and actions can be taken accordingly. This conduct is completely unacceptable and quite violating for the residents of Vantage, not to mention extremely unprofessional. I am expecting that you take action accordingly. Vantage will be filing a complaint with you, and they advised I do as well so consider this my formal complaint.
