Comments: I wanted to advise you of a disturbing incident that happened earlier today. At around 3:30pm at 10/14/2020....I was working out in my apartment and I saw a male construction worker, who was on the 23rd floor of the adjacent building (the same floor as me) facing west towards our current building, and he was masturbating. You can imagine the repulsed reaction I felt and how completely disturbing it was, not to mention how violating it felt for me. I wanted to raise this so that it can be addressed with the construction company and actions can be taken accordingly. This conduct is completely unacceptable and quite violating for the residents of Vantage, not to mention extremely unprofessional. I am expecting that you take action accordingly with the construction company or whomever needs to be aware.
