Comments: To Whom It May Concern, We are following up on an incident that occurred on Marin Blvd in Jersey City, NJ. An object fell off the construction site occurring there managed by AJD Construction and shattered our rear windshield. We contacted the police department and filed a report with Mr. Nicholas A. Figaro who was the supervisor at that time. He had mentioned that after we repaired our vehicle through our insurance to contact the construction company to identify how we can be reimbursed for this expense.
