I’m a construction management professional with more than 2 years of experience in field engineering & estimating and I’d love to bring my skills and enthusiasm at AJD Construction.

While pursuing master’s degree in construction management, I got a chance to work in two leading companies- M. A. Mortenson Company at their headquarters in Minneapolis, Minnesota and Denco Construction Specialists in Garland, Texas. In both my internships I gained vast experience in construction, including but not limited to: estimating, scheduling, quality control, problem solving, contract negotiation, team management, site safety and customer relations.
As a graduate student from University of Texas at Arlington, I learnt various domains of construction management. My academic project has given me the required insights and knowledge in construction management process associated with delivery, best practices, improvement in productivity and sustainable construction technique and management.
My academic and previous internship experience have greatly increased my both knowledge and passion for civil and construction. I am confident that I will be able to successfully utilize my skills and experience in this new opportunity at AJD Construction..
In addition to my skills and passion, I also bring in my strong work ethics, especially my emphasis on devising practical solutions, quality and my attention to detail. In my field engineering internship at Rupa InfoTech & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., I assisted in building a framework that helped in delivering the project called Rupa Solitaire as there were lot of subcontractors and vendors involved in this project. Our philosophy for the project was inspired by the integrated project delivery approach. In designing the framework, I carried out a beforehand requirement analysis to properly define the goals. This ensured a smooth running of the project from start to end.
Last but certainly not least, I’d like you to know that I am very interested in working at your company. An entry level position would help me gain a deeper understanding of the relationship between different stakeholders while learning crucial management techniques required to implement strategies as a micro-leader.
