Anthony, I sent this to nyticket@giants.nfl.net You should send a not also or we may listen to the drummer boy all season. Tom Dear Giants Representative, My name is Tom O’Beirne and I have 12 Giant PSL’s, Account # 1935247, of which 4 are in Row 1, Section 115C and 4 in Row 5 of the same section. During the pre-season Patriots game and the regular season Saints game, 3 persons sitting in the nearside seats of Section 114, Row 1 (the higher number isle side adjacent to 115C) were continuously beating on the top of the scoreboard causing a loud drumming noise, which quickly became exceptionally grating. Both times a person from Guest Services ordered them to stop. When the group carried on in the same manner at the start of the Redskins Game, I spoke with a Guest Services Supervisor, who told me that at a meeting that morning it was decided that drumming on the scoreboard was deemed to be an acceptable form of cheering. The MetLife Stadium Guest Code of Conduct prohibits guests from detracting from another guest’s enjoyment of the event through disturbances in the stands. The scoreboard is designed to act as a barrier and keep score, not to serve as a noisemaker. It’s difficult to imagine that was deemed as distracting behavior in the two previous games (I was not the person who complained those times) is no longer considered to be so. I don’t know the standing of the persons in question, but their conduct has annoyed patrons on three occasions, and I can’t imagine that anyone else in close proximity enjoys listening to it. I would greatly appreciate if someone would get back with a favorable solution. Thank you,
