Hi. I have a small foundation concrete forming company and could be a great subcontractor for you guys. I did lots of work with Industrial and Forsa... I'm the engineer that finished the job for you guys and Industrial at Urby when they had problems and were going non-union... I also did all the layout for the first Trump building in downtown Jersey City for you guys... 20y ago... I have an excavator, concrete forms and a few good guys... I do all the layout myself with Trimble Robotic total station... We can only focus on foundation work until slab on grade at this point... Superstructure contractor could then take over and run through and be more efficient... They hate the slow pace of foundation and always complaint they lose money on it... I'm part of the solution...
